How to Register.

Step 1: Registration

Required Registration Details

  1.  Position in Institution – Please specify your current role or designation within your institution.
  2. Categories for Registration – Select up to three categories you would like to participate in:
  • Head of Institutions Training
  • ICT Training
  • Librarians Training
  • Combined Training Session: CFOs, ICT Managers & Librarians
  • 2025 Annual General Meeting
  • Awards Gala Dinner

3. Shirt Size – Indicate your preferred shirt size.

4. Contact Number – Provide a valid phone number for communication purposes.

Step 2: Make Payment

Participation Fee

  • Early Bird Registration: K4,500.00 per participant 
  • Late Registration: K5,500 per participant
